Rest assured that you are buying from a truly independent business here. The person that is processing your order, may have been selling records or cooking pies or both just minutes before. We do not have a national distribution centre or someone that can check our many e mail inboxes 24 hours, seven days a week. What we do have is a dedicated team of staff that will always do their very best for you.
We want to lower your expectations now, and ask you to stay chilled. It’s lovely to think you want it that bad and we will get your prized item out to you as soon as humanly possible, but we may have to wait for that pie to cook first.
Therefore we estimate the shipping to take up to 10 working days. It may be sooner, and hopefully will be. One thing we will do is let you know of any problems or hold ups straight away.
We also use Royal Mail, and take a walk to the local post office once a day to send these items to you.
All of the goods we send will sent registered post and wrapped as carefully as possible.

Wow – we are amazed that you have heard about us, we must be doing as good thing. Thank you for your interest and we are pretty sure we can ship to you. First of all, we may need to get quotes and things, so please e mail email@example.com and let us know what you are interested in, and what
country you live in – and we’ll come back to you with an overall quote which will cover insurance.

Wait for a reply from us before sending it back, we are sure there’s a good reason, but it’s nice to know beforehand.

We would suggest that when you return your damaged/doesn’t fit item, you consider shipping them via a trackable and insured method. We can’t afford to accept responsibility for a no show, and it means someone else won’t be able to enjoy the product.
Also, please include a small note stating why you have returned this, and what you would like to happen next, along with your personal details. It’s old school that way.
All the fine clothing must be returned to us in a sound re-sellable condition, so we can sell on to someone who will love it.
We must be notified here of your return within 10 days from the date you received the item.
We may not be able to refund your item, so if you have any questions please get in touch. We can answer anything you need to know, to help you make sure that your purchase is exactly what is required.
