We are humbled, Proud, Excited, Delighted, Over Excited ( ____ insert superlative)… to announce the artists and bands that are supporting us for this years mighty two day celebration of Records and Music, known as – Record Store Day 2016!
A mixture of super massive acts, and introductions to supreme new acts – all with links to the locality, just the way it should be on this special day.
Yep, this is a free event to attend – and held down the historic Castle Road, which will be closed for the two day celebration. The bands will appear on our outside stage – unless it rains, and we’ll think of something else…
Oh my – what a line up!
Our Record Store Day stage is sponsored by our friends at Forgotten Fields Festival! Check the line up here: http://forgottenfields.co.uk/

Castle Road Market
Castle Road in Southsea is delighted to announce its first event in 2016. As in the past we will close the South end of Castle Road for a street market to show off the great businesses that are situated in the road, with help from a number of local traders selling everything from antiques and vintage clothing to street food and records.
As well as 40+ independent traders there will be a stage with live music to celebrate 2016’s national Record Store Day. Not only will there be performances from local musical talent, but a number of larger acts will also join us in the road to help with the weekend’s entertainment offering.#RSD2016
Full list of traders to appear here soon:)
